Wish to Apply for a PC?

In order to receive a refurbished PC, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a resident of the State of Colorado at the time of delivery
• You or an immediate family member (brother, sister, mother, father, son, daughter) must have a developmental disability as defined by the state of Colorado (Must be able to provide a 'Determination of Eligibility' from Colorado as proof.)
• You or your immediate family members have not received a PC from our program in the last 12 months.

If you or an immediate family member meet the above requirements, please submit your information using our online application form (click here) to be put on our waiting list.

Once a PC becomes available, we take the next name from our waiting list, confirm they meet the program requirements, and arrange a time for the individual or family to pick-up their PC. To be fair to everyone, names are placed on our waiting list on a first come, first served basis.

We make every effort to get PCs to people on our PAL program waiting list as soon as possible. However, depending on how many PCs are available, it is possible you may be on our waiting list for several months.
